All items included in the auction are shown in the photos.  Unless otherwise stated, if it is not shown in the photos, it is not included in the auction!  It is the potential bidder’s responsibility to ask all questions BEFORE bidding.  Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction’s close to avoid receiving a non-paying bidder strike. All pre-owned items are sold ‘as is’ and are not eligible for returns. 

Please note that except in the case of first class mail, all shipping quotes are based on FedEx Ground to addresses in the continental US only.  FEDEX GROUND DOES NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.  If you are unable to provide an address other than a P.O. Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item, box dimensions, and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use quality materials to pack items with care.  For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground Home Delivery.  For items under 2 lbs. we may ship via USPS.  In all cases, we reserve the right to select the carrier used.  FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes so if you need your item shipped to a P.O. box, it must be shipped via USPS.  In cases in which USPS must be used an a FedEx rate is quoted, additional charges may apply.  We require insurance on all items with a winning bid over $100.  A direct signature upon delivery may be required for items with a winning bid over $250. In the vast majority of cases, merchandise will ship within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Local Pick-up: Local pick up from our Knoxville Tn store location is also available ($5.00 pick up fee per item plus TN state sales tax).  To schedule a local pickup, give us a call at the store and we will adjust the shipping rate. accordingly.

International buyers:  At this time, international bidders are accepted on a case by case basis

Combined Shipping:  In most cases, we are able to combine items for shipping and offer a discount equivalent to the handling fee for the additional item(s) or 50% of the shipping cost for the second item (depending on the item size). If you win more than one item and would like us to box them together, send us an e-mail or call the store and we will make the adjustment at our end so that you can go through the automated checkout system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.  Please keep in mind that to ensure the safety in shipping of the item, large and/or fragile items cannot be combined for shipping. .
