Payment:
Pay us promptly: We require all winning bidders to pay for their items within 72 hours (3 days). We report all non-paying bidders to Ebay, and also leave negative feedback for those bidders.
Method of payment: We accept Paypal, major credit cards through Paypal, Your shipping address must be Paypal-confirmed, if you are using paypal.
If you are unable to pay: If you “accidentally” bid for an item, or do not want to pay for an item anymore, you will need to pay us a fee for the cost and inconvenience that your action caused us. This is typically between $10 to $50 depending on the price of the item.
Shipping/pickup:
Fast shipping: We usually ship items within 1-3 business days after we receive payment, and also generally provide you tracking information.
Combine shipment: We may combine shipment for multiple items whenever possible, ONLY IF you pay for those items by one single payment. In other words, if you pay for them separately, we will certainly ship them separately.
Confirmed shipping address only: If you pay by Paypal, we can ship only to the PAYPAL-CONFIRMED address that was attached to your payment. We cannot ship to any other address per Paypal’s seller protection policy
No local Pick upsFeedback:
Positive feedback: We like to leave positive feedback for all our buyers, but we do so only after receiving a positive feedback from them. We do this to prevent feedback abuse against us.
Contact us first: If you leave negative feedback without giving us a fair and reasonable chance to resolve any issues amicably, you will surely get negative from us as well.
Non-paying bidders: We leave negative to all non-paying bidders.
Feedback abuse: We will also leave negative feedback to customers who leave negative that we feel was not deserved. We also report feedback abuse to Ebay.
Return/Refund:
Stand by our listing: We offer support/return exactly as stated in our listing. We stand by exactly what we have promised, and we expect you to abide by exactly what you have agreed to.
If you made a mistake: If you did not read well, or automatically assumed something, you should carry responsibility for that. We may go an extra mile to offer help at our own choosing. But we never do so when buyer is being dishonest, demanding unfairly, or threatening negative feedback.

1. What is Paypal-confirmed address? -Your credit card’s billing address is the confirmed address, if you had that card added to your paypal account.
2. How to confirm your address with Paypal?-Log on to your paypal account. Go to your “profile” and click on your address. If the address is displayed as “unconfirmed”, click on ‘confirm’ button and follow the steps.
Payment and Return Policy: I can only accept credit cards through Pay-Pal. In ten years, my return policy has not changed. All sales are final unless there is a question of authenticity. This means no returns or refunds. All grades are opinion only. Grading currency is a subjective process so there are no refunds if you disagree with my opinion.
Under pay-pal rules, a signature will be required upon delivery.
Shipping Information Domestic: USA only. Some sort of tracking is required so domestic shipping is $9.00 for the first lot you buy. This will include Delivery Confirmation or tracking. If you buy more than one lot ending the same week, email me or request an invoice so I can invoice you with a shipping discount. I do not issue shipping refunds after payment so if you want discounted shipping, you must email me before sending payment so that I can send the discounted invoice.
